I honestly do not know where to start! Rachel Rahimzadeh-Garcia is our representative. Rachel truly goes above and beyond! We switched to KIBO because as everyone of you know, merchant fees are a thing! Dr. Lockhart was paying so much per month. We switched and he has saved literally over $1000.00 per month! Not even kidding! Yes, we are asking the patients to take on the 3.75%, however it's posted everywhere in the office AND they can absolutely use a check or pay with cash and avoid this fee all-together. I have to say I was un-sure how our patients would take to this. WE HAVE HAD NOT ONE COMPLAINT! Also, as with any new transition, you will run across questions. I did, I called Rachel and she picks up every single time! One time she was not even at work and answered, Hello Cortnee, How may I help you? I love her! She is friendly, chatty and more-over - she's there when you need her! SHOULD you be thinking of switching for whatever your reason may be... I can tell you 100% KIBO can and will help you save money!!!!! Also, and this may be a little thing but the equipment (the terminal) is very high tech and I, by myself installed it! If you knew me you would know.. I do NOT install tech anything! It took me all of 10 minutes! I wish we would have known about KIBO a long time ago!!!
