I have had a great experience with KiboPay. The credit card device is very user friendly and small so takes up little space. The customer service is over the top. My rep is Shirley, and I can't say enough good things about her. She is super responsive and very accessible. She handles any issues immediately and efficiently. Bonus, Shirley has a delightful personality. A+++!

My wife brought me information about Kibo almost 2 years ago but I wanted to think about it. I finally agreed to move forward so our company switched to Kibo Pay just over a year ago. I was concerned about how our patients would react but was pleasantly pleased that the only change was a few more cash payments and a few more checks payments. The plus was saving over $600 in credit card processing fees each month. Our representative is Shirley and she's awesome! My only regret is not switching 2 years ago!

I've been using Kibo Pay for 6 months. Wow! The only cost to us is the monthly fee. Over 95% of our customers could care less that they are paying the fees. The small percentage that does hands us a check or cash. We have saved thousands! The terminal they sent us is high tech, portable, yet extremely easy to use. Compared to our old terminal, we left the stone age (and it costs nothing extra). Crystal at Kibo has helped us anytime we needed help. She helped us with setup, navigating PCI compliance questionnaire, and any time we had a question. Crystal has the best customer service attitude (rare these days). Yesterday, Crystal spent lots of time helping solve a perceived problem, which ended up being entirely our accounting error. When I apologized for wasting her valuable time, she simply said, "that's what I am here for!". I would recommend this company to anyone!
