I am always hesitant to Change... but Mike Klimczak at Kibo assured me of all the benefits and walked me through the change - which was easy actually - and now I am saving sooo much money in credit card fees. I literally paid as much in credit card fees as i did in rent ( small business)... Thankfully Mike was patient and kind so I made the move.

I switched to KIBO to save money on processing fees, which it does. It takes some time for your clients to get use to paying the fees. We process a lot more cash and checks now. My early termination fee was also refunded after 90 days with KIBO.

From the time I first made contact with Kibo Pay to get information on their merchant service program, Crystal was extremely helpful and courteous. She answered my many questions thoroughly and if anything was questionable, she looked into the issue and called me back with the details. Once our office made the decision to switch to Kibo Pay, Crystal and the customer service and tech team guided me through the equipment setup and use instructions. Any mistakes made by our employees the first day were quickly handled with a phone call to Kibo Pay. The program is very easy to use, and within a few days all of our employees were very comfortable using the system. If there is ever a question, all we have to do is contact our agent. It is stress free!
