I have been a customer of many credit card companies and Kibo is the first one to be so customer friendly!! Usually once I was signed up I could never talk to a person again! So frustrating!! With Kibo, Maria has been a God send! She made the whole process so easy!! It’s hard to change what you’re used to but I have no regrets!! It has been wonderful! First time in my life I’ve enjoyed change! Maria is a great asset to this company!

I am really surprised with all the 5 star reviews on Kibo pay. I had the worst experience with Kibo - no transparency on the charges made on our account, lots of details never disclosed upfront, been told to "if find mistakes, give us a call...". Why use Kibo if it requires constant monitoring and catching over charges... Don't recommend using Kibo pay.
