Expensive and very poor quality!
Ordered this item based on the render created. Ordered the 7cm one as it came to $55, so quite expensive for what it was. When it arrived, the face was absolutely horrendous, looked nothing like the render, so horrible! Customer service is terrible, short snappy answers. When i complained, they said that they cant guarantee that a smaller model will look like the render. And referred me to some size guide that mentions text and accessories, but not the face! The face is the most important part of it. And why would you sell something that is so expensive, effectively a 7cm piece of plastic, at $55 knowing that it wont look the same! All of this fell on deaf ears, they proceeded to demand an extra $100 off me to do a slightly bigger version at 9cm! I refused this of course. They are now ignoring me fully! I currently have a claim with PayPal open for this. Terrible product, terrible customer services! UPDATE TO RESPONSE: As mentioned, your size guide does not state that the face will not match. Why would people order this if it doesnt match at a very expensive price? You simply refuse to acknowledge this point! I offered you another £50. You wanted double that to upgrade to the 15cm. I have tried to resolve this over email, but you are refusing to communicate any further. Please email me with a resolution. UPDATE 2 Customer services has reached out to me, they have said they will do their best to resolve the problem for me and have agreed a resolution based on seeing the product remade. I will revise my review once it is fully resolved. Thank you for coming back to me.

We would like to clarify that our size guide clearly outlines the level of detail achievable at each size and includes recommendation ratings. The 7cm figurine is specifically noted as having limited detail representation and is not recommended for customers seeking highly realistic facial features. If facial details closer to the reference images or a real person are important, we recommend choosing 12cm or 15cm, which can capture significantly more facial detail. We also want to clarify that we never recommended upgrading to a 9cm figurine. Throughout our communication, we consistently suggested upgrading to 15cm, as this size offers the best likeness and detail. We discussed the cost difference involved, but unfortunately, we could not agree to provide our largest size for only an additional £40, as larger figurines require substantially more material, printing time, post-processing, and manual finishing. Regarding the material, our figurines are made from durable, eco-friendly resin using full-color 3D printing technology, not ordinary plastic. We have received a large number of positive reviews praising the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Our pricing reflects the customized design process, skilled labor, production costs, and quality control involved in creating each unique figurine, and we also regularly offer promotions and discounts on our website. We genuinely regret that this order did not meet your expectations and remain willing to communicate further to find a reasonable solution.
