My boyfriend ordered this custom figure for me using my picture. When we received the preview, I was honestly very impressed — it looked over 90% like me, and I was extremely satisfied with it. I was so excited and looked forward to receiving the actual figure, even though we had to wait almost a month. Unfortunately, when I finally opened the package, I was very disappointed. The box felt quite cheap, and the plastic wrapping around the figure was very rough and not carefully packaged. But the biggest disappointment was the figure itself. It looked nothing like the preview I had approved. I would say the final figure was only about 60% realistic compared with the preview. The preview gave me very high expectations, so seeing the actual product was a big letdown. I had originally planned to order another one for my sister’s birthday because I loved the preview so much, but after receiving mine, I’ve decided not to go ahead with that purchase. I understand that a customized figure may not look exactly like a photo, but I expected it to be reasonably close to the approved preview. Unfortunately, the difference between the preview and the actual product was much too noticeable for me.

A really bad experience, I’m starting to think the site is a scam. I’ve been asking for a tracking number for over a month, one was finally generated three days ago, but it says the package hasn't been handed over yet, and email support just keeps telling me to wait and wait.

I am absolutely thrilled with my KibiFig figures! I sent them a photo of my husband and me playing trumpet and trombone, and they recreated us beautifully, right down to our instruments, clothing, and little details that made the figures unmistakably “us.” We have a large Christmas village filled with pieces that have personal meaning, and I wanted miniature versions of ourselves to add to it. I ordered the 7cm size and hoped for the best. Well, these turned out even better than I imagined! They fit in perfectly with our D56 Christmas in the City/Heritage Village and Lemax pieces. The quality and attention to detail are fantastic, and seeing tiny versions of us standing in our village just makes me smile. Such a fun, unique way to turn a favorite photo and memory into something you can actually display. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend KibiFig!

Was weary of ordering at first was worried it could be a scam after coming across this site on an Instagram ad. I’m glad i took the chance. I’m very impressed with my figures. They are identical to the photo. From the face to the shoes, the shirt and even the fade in the jeans, the amount of detail on these little figurines are phenomenal. Great customer service. Highly Recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The figurine looks good enough, but the colours and paintjob are way to amateuristic. The colours are dull and way off. What shood be ligt creme is more like a beige and skin tone is to dark and lacks shadows or colouration differences to make it look realistic. Also the blond hair is dirty brown. When i adressed the company they just dismissed this and claimes it looks like the previeuw. But ots not. No satisfaction from service. At least they replied, but for this expensive price it feels like a ripoff.

The figure was way less detailed then the render. I expected it to be less, but this was dissapointing. It would have been nice to send a picture after printing to confirm. I also did not get the special engraving box i ordered. So that was a bummer. It's weird to me we have to stick the figures to the little stands ourselves with these cheap stickers. I expected more for this price range. Also the tracking of my package was very limited. Only when it entered my country i could track it.
