This was a new brand for me, but I love the sunglasses and order 2 BOGO. I contacted customer service about a question I had and they were so on top of it. Answered my questions right away and responded quickly. Highly recommend.

I placed an order with the wrong item. I emailed the sales team to see if they could fix it for me, and within minutes my order had been changed and updated. I have neverseen or worn the glasses, but am super excited to rock them in person upon their arrival!

When I received my first pair I wasn’t crazy about the size (XL) and asked to return them. Not only was the team kind in granting that but when I changed my mind to swap them out, it was no problem ! The Kaufmann pair I received were perfect. They fit great, look great, and truly they are the most “commented on” or complimented sunglasses I’ve had. Just consistent on their product, responsive support team. I own five pairs of these now - I have photophobia so I wear sunglasses all the time and their whiskey flavor can be worn indoors in bright settings (I wish you had pink lenses!)
