Ordered glasses expecting the promised 4-7 day delivery time and after 20 days had not received them. On being asked the “chat bot” ( you can’t get real people ! Said lost in transit and they would send another order. That order got to delivery day and I got an email saying they did not deliver due to unsafe location (I live on a park in suburban America). On being asked “what the heck?” The chat bot tells me they will retry delivery in 25-48 hrs… 4 days later I get a chat it note saying lost in transit and let’s try another order….. so now I’m trying to get a refund and to date hearing nothing back…. So very frustrating … if I was you I would not buy from this company there are many more reliable companies out there

Absolute trash company. Customer service is awful, they charged me for an order that never shipped and could not even provide an ETA. Refund is going to take TEN days. 0/10, spend your money literally anywhere else

CANT GET MONEY BACK. Ordered these sunglasses while i was away on vacation to try them. When i came home I tried them on, like many I tried them and they just werent my style. Nothing bad about the glasses or the people making them. My problem is that there is no way to get your money back youre forced into store credit or an exchange. The glasses were in my home for 1 hour max and put on one time to try them, they are in perfect condition and in original packaging. Why cant i pay for a return ship and send them back ?

do not buy from this company. I never got my product. multiple emails and canned responses and still no delivery. ZERO customer service

Absolutely horrendous and does not include any of the features listed… as well as terrible customer service! DO NOT BUY!!!

Poor quality, heavy, easily scratched, and terrible customer service. Beware "fast fashion", it's all fake reviews and gimmicks.

They don't offer refund, only store credit but they don't disclose this until you try to return their poorly made sunglasses.

Took longer than expected to arrive. The quality was ok, definitely looked cheaper than the premium brands but the equivalent of a £50 pair of sunglasses. Neither pair looked good on so asked to return which was refused even after telling them which lawn they were breaking. Contacted my bank for a refund and reported to trading standards.
