Awesome Sunglasses but unfortunately the Customer Service is not great, Shipping process is slow and don’t have the option of Express Shipping to choose from, only Standard

I bought a pair of Kiara Lautner XL sunglasses about seven months ago and initially loved them. However, after a few months, they bent and became too wide, constantly sliding down my face. I decided to give them another chance and bought a second pair, only to have them bend in the same way as the first. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that only one pair was covered under warranty because I bought one at full price and got the other through a buy-one-get-one-free deal. Apparently, the free ones aren’t covered under warranty, which seems ridiculous to me. They promised to send a replacement pair but sent the wrong ones. When I pointed out their mistake, they told me to send back the incorrect pair within 30 days, and only then would they send the right ones. I argued that this was their error, not mine, and that I shouldn’t have to go through the hassle. Their response? That’s just their policy. So here we are—two stars. The sunglasses look great, but the customer service and product reliability deserve zero stars.
