Ordered the correct part and it was not the correct part as stated

what you need when you need it!

Well the washer reservoir I received had an inch and a quarter whole on the bottom. It was a place for a big plug but the original bottle had no whole so I had to figure out how to plug in and seal it so we could put washer fluid in it. Clearly was an oversight but I had found a vinyl plug I glued on to close the whole just didn’t expect that but thank you none the less

My trunk latch broke so I looked on-line to find a Kia part to fix it. Ordered from your company, received it in a short time and had a family member install it. Was an easy install, and it works beautifully! Thank you!

Parts ordered where the correct part needed and appeared to be original, not others that I'm not sure to be trusted.

I couldn’t find the rear wiper for my Kia soul anywhere and I found it. I’m so glad and it fit which is a coup because everyone knows that’s really hard to do.

Order part on expedited fee, part never arrived and when trying to call customer service phone just rings and then disconnects. Tried Email also still haven’t heard anything back and still haven’t received part over two weeks later

Easy to order and part was the right one
