You sent the wrong part and after I opened it and noticed, (because I couldn't see it in the packaging) being an electronic part I couldn't return it.

It was an easy experience and easy to make an order.

I wish I could rate a negative star. I ordered parts that were delivered 2 and a half weeks late when I paid for expedited shipping. The window motor I ordered was for a driver side rear door and I received a motor for a rear passenger side door. I opened the package and then figured this out since it wasn't labeled on the box. I then proceeded to return the item which I was asked to take pictures of the packaging which I still had and submitted. They then proceeded to ask for the post office packaging which I did not have. Why couldn't they have just told me that they would not accept a return if the packaging was opened period. Now I am stuck with a $130 part that is useless to me. This company has the worst customer service.

I ordered a part for my 2025 EV6. Kiapartsnow website identified the part I needed and certified it's was for my 2025 EV6. It turns out that their website and certification was inaccurate. The part did not fit the 2025 models. Their mistake. Yet they refuse to allow a return/refund. I am out 162.00, Stay away from this supplier

Horrible customer service. Stay away! Buy local versus trusting this company. Wrong items delivered and have been waiting for two months for them to contact me. Submitted two RMAs to try to send the parts back, but they are unresponsive or have left me waiting on hold.

Horrible company to deal with. I wasn't able to speak to parts specialist before purchasing my part and sure enough the wrong part was purchased. I purchased the right part still unable to speak to a parts specialist. I returned the original wrong part, jumped thru all the weird return hoops required, it has been 15 days after this company has received my returned part and I still cant get a refund. The returns department also blocked my email and noted the system about my complaints and now I get put on long holds and hung up on. Once I finally reached a human she was unapologetic and said she would have to email me back in an hour or so to get any answer. Steer clear of this garbage company, you can find Kia parts from far better companies

I ordered all the cabin filters, 20 oil filters, and 20 oil drain gaskets for my Carnival, but received only 10 gaskets. It is very hard to communicate with them regarding the issues. They processed a refunded for 10 gaskets instead of sending the replacements for the 10 missing gaskets per my request. Now, if I want to re-order the 10 gaskets, they will charge the shipping cost again, which is more expensive than 10 gaskets alone!!

They deliberately sent me the wrong part, which was not compatible. It was not even the same size part.
