Perfecto y rápido

Ordered a new gas cap, got a new gas cap.

I went to your site and was told after entering my Order # and email address, I didn't have an order pending... After ordering and getting an email about my order. As a consumer I don't feel like you care about me your customer.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The service department tried to charge me a “put my car back together” fee in order to get my car back. I immediately got corporate involved, then the fee magically disappeared. The service department at the Denham Springs location should be ashamed of themselves for trying to rip people off with bullshit charges.

The website was easy to use and my parts arrived on the estimated arrival date with no damage or issues.

Thanks for the quick response. But disappointing when I checked in my trunk and found no spare tire or jack. They should make you aware of this issue when you buy your vehicle.

Website helped me find exactly what I was looking for and the diagrams helped me ensure I ordered the right part. Ordering was easy andy part arrived quickly. I will definitely use them again.

The purchase went smoothly and shipping to Germany was also problem-free; I am happy to make further purchases. Feedback
