We have a 2023 Sorento, fully loaded and have had nothing but issues. With less than 12,000 miles we had to have the whole computer system replaced, the struts replaced, breaks and rotors have failed multiple times. We contacted KIA directly to either buy the car back or fix the problem and they rudely told us to pound sand and that they would pay for new rotors but we had to cover the $500 cost of labor. The breaks have never worked right and we have had to take the car in roughly every 2-3 months with issues and each time they try to not cover it under warranty. Definitely do not purchase a KIA. Once we started speaking about our issues we have come across so many others that are having issues as well and have found multiple forums discussing continuous class action lawsuits against the brand. Just a horrible experience and we are stuck in the car for another year under our lease.

We bought a 2019 Kia Soul for our teenage son less than 6 months ago. 85,000 miles and the engine has failed. No engine, from any car company, should fail at 85,000 miles. We have been speaking with Kia Customer Service for 3 weeks. Nothing has been done. They do not stand by their product. Their warranties mean nothing. I will never again purchase a Kia and I do not recommend them for anyone else. Be warned!

Dealer not informing customers about the transmissions on their cars. They offer eight speed, dual wet clutch automatic versus regular automatic. One must be driven different from the other! Was never told this when purchasing would have made a different choice! Buyers should do their homework before buying any car.

Horrible customer service at every dealer in Atlanta. I’ve had the car for 1 year and there has been 3 recalls. The SUV gate is now opening randomly and the dealer has to run a diagnostic test which always take 3-4 days and they don’t have loaner vehicles. I previously owned Lexus and decided to switch. BIG MISTAKE!!!

I made a huge mistake by purchasing Kia. The customer support is terrible. The phone number on Kia's website is routed to the Philippines and they would just keep disconnecting your call after you have going through their IVR and waited for minutes imagine paying $40k and getting the worst support. I would never ever buy Kia again.

If I could give Kia less than 1 star, I would! My son and his fiancé have a K-4 that they have taken to a couple of dealers because of car issues and the problem still hasn't been resolved! They have even been in touch with the main headquarters with their advocate who has tried multiple times with Kia to make this right, and nothing!!!! It seems like every time when they take it in, the mechanic says it is working fine, but when they get it home, the opposite happens. This has costed them money and time due to car rental, gas, etc. Absolutely the worst service overall!
