Keytours VacationsReviews of keytours.com

Esin of Keytours Vacations did an amazing job lining up excellent quality day tours on our trip to Paris, Normandy, London and Bradford, UK. She helped my sisters and I give our 86 year old mother her dream vacation of seeing so many wonderful sites in our two weeks we were over there. Can't thank her enough for all the work she put into planning and coordinating everything. We had a last minute tour cancellation which she handled with ease and got us another tour guide to see the most coveted Mont St. Michel. I highly recommend using her when you are looking to travel abroad.

Keytours, specifically Esin Soydemir, provided me with the planning and support needed for a superb European adventure. The hotels were top notch with excellent breakfasts and front desk support. The transfers were adequate and where there were issues, Keytours was there to resolve them. The excursions were the best!

The agent Vicki Sachs did a great job putting this FIT trip together. It was the local guide and car that the clients were somewhat disappointed about.

I had my reservations on the trip because there were many moving parts. The trip started in Paris with visits to Barcelona and Rome. All plane rides from the US and planes between European countries went without a glitch. All the transfers to and from hotel and to and from visiting sites went smoothly. Everything was properly planned and excecuted. The hotel selection was superb. All activities, transfers, and guides used we're highly professional, knowledgeable and well spoken. I have not a single complaint about the entire experience.

I recently had the fortunate opportunity to work with Osman on a very High Profile Celebrity client where we need almost as close to a guarantee that nothing would glitch - I have to say from the very beginning of planning this Amalfi / Croatia PRIVATE holiday for the client Osman was TOP NOTCH ! Osman sent me pictures to reassure me the client was receiving the service I as her Travel Agent had promised - when all was said and done the clients remarks we "Your agency truly made this a DREAM VACATION - from the moment we touched down to the last transfer for departure exceeded our expectations ..." Highly recommend Osman and Keytours

My clients recently returned from a trip to Italy and had an amazing time! Everything was outstanding from their hotels, to their tours and even their transfers. Osman is the best to work with he always gives my clients exactly what they want and more. He always answers all my emails in a timely manner and is there to help answer any questions I may have. He is very knowledgeable and I am always confident booking my clients trips with him and Keytours.

Osman did it again! My clients just returned from their 17night trip from Italy. They came back so happy with everything that Osman arranged. They said it was a trip of a lifetime! Thank you, Oman!

We just returned from a small group cruise of Croatia and it was amazing! The ship was modern and the crew very accommodating. Every day we looked forward to visiting a new island/port. They were all beautiful! Thank you to Osman with Key Tours and Pat Franks with Covington for a wonderful vacation!
