Andreas is one of those people who has been in the business a long time, and has paid close attention to what he experienced and saw during that time. He brings a wealth of personal experience and knowledge to the job. When you want that special boutique hotel, he knows what you mean and what to provide. He is fast with a recommendation, fast with a rate quote, and fast with a confirmation. I've been in this business a long time, and in speaking with Andreas, I knew that I was dealing with an experienced colleague who has a head full of the little details and suggestions that can turn a good trip into a great trip. I've been confidently recommending his services to other agents who are looking for knowledgeable assistance with European independent trip plans.

The representatives were helpful, patient, courteous and friendly and always knew the answers to our questions. They really knew how to get the job done, and the tours that they arranged were outstanding! We had a really awesome time in Morocco, thanks to their attention to detail and to our desires. I would definitely use their services again!

Tuba was once again an absolute dream to work with. I can't express how much I appreciate the excellent service I have had on multiple trips with Tuba!!

All services, transfers, tours, guides were excellent

I dont think I can express is words the wonderful experience that I had traveling to South Africa. It was amazing. The best experience (other than the birth of my children) that I have ever had. The preparation and arrangements by Key Tours was the straw that stirred the drink. They WERE EXCELLENT. I put my faith in them and they did not disappoint. Keep in mind that it was a multifaceted experience with many stops and many different excursions. The coordination and hotels was amazing 5 star.

Esin Soydemir and her team at Keytours are fabulous! Esin is the agent who helped me create the trip of a lifetime for some of my favorite, VIP clients. The feedback my clients gave me include, "That company you worked with, Key Tours, they are a first rate outfit!" My clients raved about their guides in Egypt, saying they were outstanding, the way they personalized the experiences for the family. My clients referred to their guides as, "Remarkable, superior human beings". Esin, I cannot thank you enough for making me look like a rock star! You and the team at Keytours are the BEST!!!! Thank you for all your hard work!

Vicki Sacks could not have been more helpful. She went over and above to help me deal with a very difficult client. She even gave up time from her vacation to assist me. She is very patience and professional. She has assisted me with many vacation plans and I will continue to work with her. She is a real asset to your company. Barbara Maffei, Prefferd Travel of Naples
