Communication was good with the shipper and the transportation of the puppy went well. I was recommended by a friend who recently got there puppy here. Our friend's little lab was healthy and there breeder had impressive commutation and provided a lot of photos of the environment the puppy grew up in. As for our family's case. What did not go well was with the conditions of the puppy. We payed money to have our puppy checked at the vets and honestly wished the seller would tell us everything that was wrong before welcoming him home. Our little golden retriever puppy had fleas, a bladder infection, ear infection, irritated "bottom", and a bad case of worms. I don't know what vet the breeder took him to or if he picked this up from a horrible environment that he could have lived in. I just wish that the breeder would have been more honest with my family. The puppy is the sweetest and there us no amount that we wouldn't spend to help him. Our breeder should be more transparent on how they are raising these puppies because all these problems highlight " puppy mill" and keystone, a big company is promoting this act of human ignorance. This is our families first puppy so we didn't know about all these red flags until after. I am very disappointed, some breeders need to be more transparent. They simply see them as "livestock" and quick cash. This is not the case for every breeder, as can be seen from my friend's case. I just hope that those that purchase a puppy here do not get the same problem we did. I am happy the puppy is safe and sound with us.

I love my pup, but he arrived with an ear infection and parasites in his stool. He is on meds for both. Today, in addition, he needs his anal glands expressed so it’s added to the adventure. The background and instructions I received from the breeder were vague. Had I not asked about food and vet history I don’t know if it would have been shared. That being said I love Willie and accept the challenges early on. I have heard from friends that their breeders were more organized and prepared.

We have an amazing puppy!! This was a fantastic experience ! This puppy is healthy, happy and such a joy- we are so so happy! We just love her so much.

The experience was okay, the Breeder could have mentioned few things and given guidance to the 1st time puppy buyer.

It was amazing they shipped her in time just like they said they would she was really shy at first but turns shes a very active puppy that likes waking me up in the morning with kisses ☺
