Love our puppy, great welcome from the owner and thorough records. Smooth transition, super easy process

Our experience was fine. Before we decided to buy our puppy we drove to the Amish farm and met the parents and puppies. We saw that the parents were social and friendly and the puppies were kept safely in an area of their barn. We chose our puppy and then left her their until she was old enough to take home. She’s has a healthy, friendly nature and is adjusting well to living in our home. The only mistake I made was buying the 40 lbs of puppy food. It was not needed since I would rather purchase smaller amounts.

I purchased 2 silver labs through Keystone Puppies. This is not the first experience purchasing through them. First my pups are awesome and growing everyday. The breeder was absolutely wonderful. I got to meet the pups mom and was given 2 huge bags of dog food and not at any time was I rushed. We had great conversation and it was a wonderful exchange. Thank you to my pups breeder and Keystone Puppies!!

I was connected with a reputable breeder through Keystone puppies and appreciated the prompt response to my request. I was happy with the ease of the transaction. However, after taking my puppy to the vet I learned she had exposure to a parasite called Giardia. I wish the pre-flight vet check would have been more thorough to prevent this issue. I also was unhappy with the unhealthy conditions my puppy had to fly in. Staff informed me that there was no way for the puppies to relieve themselves anywhere but inside their very small carriers over the course of a 6-8 hour day of travel. Not very good treatment. Besides that I love my puppy and I’m happy I went with keystone puppies.

My experience with Keystone Puppies was exceptional. The breeder was timely and responded to all of my questions thoroughly. The pickup and purchase process for our new Cavapoo has been nothing but pure joy.

Our puppy is doing fantastic. The process was easy and the paperwork was not a headache. We were able to get the puppy the same day as meeting him. Just remember some breeders may be cash only.
