We bought the product but returned after 6 to 8 hours usage. Our return reasons which can be reference for future developments are listed below. - Poor situation awareness. Loona a couple of times stucked between two chairs or objects and could not take him out of the situation. - Non- automatic TTS switch and Language change. Loona can only recognise one language at a time or can not call proper language tts for texts stories etc. It reads German text using only selected TTs. - Poor customization. Only blockly programing can be used and no additional adaptaion allowed. No time scheduling is available. - Poor accessability. When Loona is charging you can not wake him up. Connection is not possible. - No mapping capability. Loona has no mapping capability and he lives difficulties to find and enter charge station. Mapping capability also leads to programming , communication and interaction limitations. - Finally we have detected a scratch inside the charging station.
