I signed up for the free sample. I had to pay .99c for postage. Big mistake. They now had my credit card details. Apparently, if you want the free sample you are committing to a delivery every month of products that you don’t want. I phoned to cancel anything that I may have inadvertently signed up to, only to keep being charged each month. I phoned and spoke to the manager and he said I had only cancelled one component of my subscription. He told me I could return the product for a full refund. I did. But no refund. My .99c free sample ended up costing me over $500. Plus, the only thing they sent that I liked was a comb.

I paid for my order notice immediately that the number on my address was incorrect. I call not 30min after the notice to correct the address before shipping. Was told it was taken care of and it wasnt SO I HAVE TO WAIT LONGER TO RECEIVE WHAT I PAID FOR. VERY VERY UNHAPPY. RIGHT after i GAVE A HIGH RATE TO THE AGENT. So thats not all the second agent corrected the mistake and left me holding until it disconnected.

Using the full system for 3mths resulted in MORE hair loss and definitely no improvement in my hair. I ended up with about 20-25% less hair than when I started :( Pros: Tingly, cool feeling that's pleasant on the scalp. Fast shipping. OK customer service (once you get through...). Cons: Expensive, difficult to obtain in Australia (not available in stores here - online only), auto-subscription was in tiny print (so that was an unpleasant surprise).

After my sister recommended that I try the keranique products, the last couple of weeks I been using the hair mask . So far I have been very pleased with the results. my hair feels softer and looks healthier and I definitely recommend it to anyone. PS love all the products.

Now having tried multiple Keranique products, I am impressed. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling soft and I did notice the amount of hair that usually falls out in the shower did decrease. My favorite product has been the Keranique Thickening & Texturizing Mousse. I have very thick, curly hair and this product did the trick! It helped my curls last all day while also minimizing the frizz.

I love Keranique Thickening and Texturizing Mousse. It leaves my hair shiny and full of body. Other products that claim to add volume just leave my hair looking dull and feeling tacky. I will definitely recommend Keranique to my friends!

I’ve tried several products to stimulate hair growth but received no results until I found Keranique. The quality of their product is incredible and I’ve already recommended this product to two of my friends. Absolutely loved it and I am so happy I am using it. Thank you Keranique for helping me grow back my hair!
