Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service when my order was lost (they encourage email but I waited over a week, never to get a response. Spent 40 minutes on hold over the phone. Took 4 days for a chat response). When a replacement order was sent, it wasn’t correct.

Good products. Accessibility, not so much.I would give them five stars for the…
I would give them five stars for the product, but only give them four stars simply because there's no way for customers to contact them on the phone. That's a common business model nowadays, but for customers it's a huge pain in the rear. It leaves our only option as being a chatbot or trying to send emails to get assistance. To their credit, they do respond back, but still so obvious that companies don't want to talk to people on the phone anymore. I find that frustrating and annoying. Update: I stand corrected about the phone number thing. Where was it when I was looking for it on your website? My bad? Or is it hidden from view? Anyway, I do love your products that I'm using. And I do appreciate the customer service and response to email inquiry. Not the phone call I would have liked to have been able to have but that's okay. It is what it is these days.
