Kenya Visa OnlineReviews of kenyavisaonline.com

Very easy to navigate!

Easy site to navigate, use and process very quick.

I went on line to complete the application for a Kenya Visa. I tried without success to use the eCitizen web site myself. I had noted the Kenya Visa Online web site. It was easy to complete the forms and upload the attachments. The service fee was a bit steep, but the service is good. The visa has arrived within three days as promised. It made obtaining the visa painless.

The one thing that is missing is a note at the beginning that you will need various documents available to complete the visa. If I had had them available before completing the form it would have made the job a lot quicker. It was not helped by the server going down in the middle.

I accessed the site with trepidation, but was delighted with the speed and efficiency of the service provided.

Had a slight problem with my photo but kind and efficient email exchanges, and a new download sorted the problem

IT WOULD BE NICE TO INCLUDE AT THE BEGINNING AN ITEMISED LIST ALL THAT IS REQUIRED FOR THE APPLICATION OF EVISA.

Having to complete visa forms frequently for other countries, I really appreciated the simplicity of this site, only asking for information they really need and will use. Having the option to save and return is also very helpful
