Service is excellent

After downsizing from a house to a condo apartment I need 2 bar stools. I was shocked at the prices I had seen so I had a strict budget. I was able to them at Kensington for $50 less than my budget. Great service from the salesman and the person at the pickup who manuvered them into my car! 450

Got a very fair price. Was told my delivery would take about 8 weeks but only took 3. Was glad to get a follow up call from my sales person making sure my delivery was smooth and I was happy with my purchase. I was happy with both! Not the first time I bought from Kennsington and definitely won't be my last.

We had a great service experience with Howard. We ordered 2 living room sofa sets. The first one arrived and we absolutely love it! The second one, Howard was honest and told us upfront that this set would take a bit longer because of the customizations on the fabrics. We just received a call from Kensington about a week ago, letting us know that they got word on our 2nd set being shipped and told us an approximation date of when it will arrive in their warehouse. Once they receive it, they will call us for delivery. After having to continuously call to check on the status of our furniture order at a different store, it has been wonderful being updated by Kensington throughout the process. We look forward to receiving our 2nd set in about two weeks and doing future business with Kensington!
