I had an amazing experience from Kensington being a first time customer I was surprised at all the options that I had for my furniture selections. I had been a longtime Ashley customer and never looked at other furniture stores they were not able to help me find the right sectional that I was looking for.I was told that Kensington is the place to go. My Salesman Howard was great with helping me make a decision with my purchase and will would recommend Kensington to Anyone and I am now a Kensington Customer Sorry Ashley.

We had issues with our couch bought a couple of years ago. Kensington staff members were able to find a solution and offer credit for a new couch. We had trouble with h the material on a 2 year old sectional and Kensington went to bat for us and the company replaced the sectional Laverne and Dan were the BEST!!!
