Excellent customer service!
A mistake was made when shipping my product to me. I almost didn't say anything thinking I would get grief and the run around I have become accustomed to. They didn't hesitate to make it right staying in constant contact with me until the correct product arrived. I will definitely refer people to Kensington Furniture for their honesty and excellent customer service. Great job guys!
