Customer service was great

We ordered our furniture on Monday, December 5, 2016. At that time we were told that our furniture would be delivered around the time of the Super Bowl. Part of our order was delivered at that time, specifically, a couch and a love seat. We did not receive the balance of our order until Saturday, March 25, 2017. We like the furniture, but we can't understand why the delivery took so long. A coherent explanation for the delay was never provided.

my friend and I have been furniture shopping for over a month. Visiting multiple stores in our area and online looking for the best pieces at the best price. At Kensington we were greeted by Mitch. We explained what we were looking for in each of our homes and she went right to work for us. She was extremely helpful and patient during each visit. We our so happy with our furniture and our Kensington experience thanks to Mitch. She's a keeper!

Cant tell you enough how great my experience at Kensington was! It was the last furniture store I went to. After many awkward, pressured, expensive, and uncomfortable experiences, Kensington hit it out of the park! I was able to see in person the options I saw on Kensington's website. The quality was apparent, the prices were more then fair, and the customer service was fabulous. Every employee at Kensington including Lisa & Eladin were top notch! Wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my next furniture purchase!

Delivery guys were on time and very courteous. They were in and out in under 5 minutes.

We recently relocated to a new home and had to buy a substantial amount of new pieces of furniture. We found, Jerry, to be amazing in helping us decide what would look great and where to place certain items in our new home. Exceptional service at Kensington and quality furniture.

Very nice delivery men, called to say they were on the way and setup was a breeze. Couches were in perfect shape. I enjoyed my shopping experience both in the showroom and with the on time delivery of my purchase. I would highly recommended shopping at this store and will be a return customer.
