Service was great and the delivery men were awesome. Very polite and efficient while making sure the furniture that I purchased was properly ensembled. Made me feel confident I made the right choice in my purchase from the salesman Jerry Earling to the delivery servicemen.

I could not be more pleased with the helpfulness and courtesy of the Kensington staff. In particular, Jerry Earling who spent hours upon hours providing me with decorating ideas and samples and actually came to my new home to view the space so he could make recommendations so that eventually I could make my choices with confidence. I feel we have furnished our home with quality furniture at very reasonable prices and when in need of additional pieces in the future, we will certainly go to Kensington.

When our house burned and we lost everything they loaned us furniture until furniture we ordered came in. Who does something like that in a retail store? These people have a heart!! Great designers too.
