I reported this repair in August and it is now December 10 and it is still not fixed due to the wrong part sent. Each time I had to call to ask about the part only to be told "Oh, its here and we will deliver it." That's good, but how long was it sitting there before I called. It should have been delivered when it arrived at the warehouse. This has been going on too long, especially since I paid for the insurance on this furniture.

The service at Kensington was great. The prices were reasonable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was when the furniture was delivered, both pieces were missing screws and many screws had to tightened. We sent pictures to Kensington and they had a service guy out in the next 24 hours.

We purchased a sofa bed and chair. Our salesman helped tremendously in putting the style and fabrics together. All the staff we interfaced with were knowledgeable, helpful, and happy. The reason for the four and not five star is due to the long time to receive our order. The actual delivery was over two months past the expected date. Did Kensington forget to order? Not great follow up with us in delay.
