Your delivery people are the best but I am missing 2 gliders on the legs of my chair. I have had previous problems like this from your store. I think when unpacking orders they need to be checked better so the customer is not disappointed and having another issue to deal with.

chair arrived with small hole in the fabric on the back of the chair. The hole was not there when i signed off on the inspection in store. Would like to see furniture wrapped in plastic to avoid this from happening, also it was a rainy day.

Great purchase price on a name brand mattress that beat the big box stores and discount marts. Delivery before the holidays was on time as promised and we purchased at the last minute. Very pleased. One guest said the mattress was too hard after two nights, but the other guest said it slept great. We did buy extra firm so that can just be a matter of personal preference. We're very pleased that we weren't charged a double delivery charge for two sets. These delivery charges were highly competitive and were what cinched the deal for us. Other stores charged more for delivery and for a lesser mattress quality. Thanks Kensington!

Picked up a lovely couch, accent chair, accent rug, coffee and end table for my living room. Its stunning, and I always receive compliments on all the pieces. Also bought a bunch of home decor - love their stuff!!
