I went into the store looking for a king bed. Found a beautiful head/foot board combo I was interested in , and since Dan greeted me at the door? I went looking for him. Almost an HOUR later..I found Howard..... Howard followed me to the bed.and at this point, I had found a mattress on clearance with no price on it. Howard comes back after talking to his "manager" and tells me I have to pay $250 extra for frame for bed..and wanted $1100 for mattress!!! After nearly another hour..and him telling me SEVERAL lies about the items..I left.. A couple days later, I called and asked for the original salesman, Dan and saved several hundred and had it delivered today..hassle free... Stay AWAY from "Howard"...con artist beyond sales...

placed bedroom set order april 2016 as of december 2016 order is not yet complete, due to twice order arrivals incorrect. ongoing follow up phone calls not returned until dec! yes given a credit, and thank you, but unacceptable. advised should have correct item by mid december but who knows that outcome. would i return to Kensington for future orders? as of now NO.

Waited double the time promised for the delivery. Then had a mechanical problem......2 months later it was fixed! Not my idea of a good business

The products we ordered and received are beautiful and exactly what we ordered. We are very pleased with our purchase. We are not, however, pleased with our experience at Kensington Furniture. We shopped the Memorial Day sale at the end of May, which is when we made our purchase. We were given an estimated delivery day of 7/10. We called in early July only to find out that our delivery had been delayed. We continued hearing about nonspecific delays with our order for the next month, and we had already began making payments on our credit card account. Every family member or friend we told about shopping and ordering furniture from Kensington had the same reaction. They were all concerned for us and proceeded to tell us about their experiences with not receiving their orders and/or extremely long delays. We were very close to cancelling our order. Thankfully Michelle made it right for us with a $500 credit. We also experienced delays receiving this credit, however. We were told about the credit in August, expected it to be put through to our credit card account in August, but didn't receive it until November. Another non-specific, multi-month delay from Kensington.
