I wish there was a negative star review. I have been a faithful Kendra Scott customer for years. But no longer. They say they are doing their best with the resources they have. - clearly they must have 0 resources as customer service is non existent. Read their BBB cases in the last 12 months. You call the customer service line only to be disconnected after you choose to hold. You send multiple emails to be told they will respond in 24-72 hours each time, but receive a reply weeks later. This company has gone down hill. I for one will choose to take my business elsewhere. There are many competitors to Kendra Scott. I can only assume their limited resources are a result of losing market share to those competitors based on the way their customers are treated. Do not shop here unless you want a hassle. Non existent care or concern for their customers.

Terrible service. We have ordered for past few years with no problem but this Christmas we got bracelets for the teenage girls that do not fit any of the 4 girls. Have tried to call to rectify and continue to get hung up on. So frustrating! I got earrings and a necklace that look really cheap but they were not. Never again will I order. I had no idea they were so bad with service.

Ordered earrings, received a necklace. Went to local Kendra Scott retail store, they will not assist since the item was purchased online. sent email to Customer Service. No response. sent 2nd email to Customer Service. No Response. Sent 3rd email to Customer Service. NO Response. So now, I am contesting the charge with my credit card company. Spent way too much time on this. Will NOT use Kendra Scott in the future

I am unhappy with the new policy about 30 day and 1 year returns , also I shop on line and I was told in a Kendra store that I needed to register the item on line . I have several pieces that have tarnished I will slow down on purchases

I ordered a pendant for my granddaughter for Christmas on October 22. When I gave it to her for Christmas she said she would rather have the same necklace but in gold. When I called to ask about a return and exchange they said they are only honoring Christmas returns purchased from November 1 through Christmas. Since I ordered it on October 22 they would not extend the return policy for nine days. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Absolutely horrible customer service - I’ve emailed since December 20 on a return that I made December 6 - I still have not received a refund and no one has responded to my email. For the price you pay for this garbage costume jewelry- you would expect a higher level of customer service. I will absolutely never again order from Kendra Scott

Such cute earrings but the clamp does not work so one of them constantly falls out. Used coupon on them so I can’t return, paid a lot of money for them and now i’m stuck with a broke pair of earrings.

It took nearly 10 days to get any form of response from customer service to explain why my order hadn't arrived. Apparently it had been returned to sender, but no one from Kendra Scott reached out to address that with me. They just kept $400 of product and did not refund my order. They then appear to have on-sold my order without delivering it to me as I was then told several of my ordered products were out of stock. I will NEVER purchase another item from this company. This is horrible service and quite frankly borderline fraudulent behavior.
