Hair is good quality but they’re still faulty. I paid for 2 x 24 inch bundles and 1 x 22. The 24’s came as a 22 and the 22 came as an 18. Any one with two eyes can see the bundles were literally 4-5 inches apart. Probably won’t buy again and I didn’t bother reaching out to them since I don’t have the time to wait.

Love the hair. Third time fixing it and it’s still perfect. Tangle free. Will definitely buy from them again!

I ordered three bundles of deep wave. As soon as I took the hair out of the package I knew it wasn’t good quality. It felt synthetic. I also tried to run my comb through it immediately got tangled, it was so nappy. I knew I couldn’t possibly wear it as a sew in, so I put one bundle In as a pony tail and It was just so terrible quality I took it out the next day.

I bought a grey wig from here and it's not worth almost $700. I got a 26 inch silver full lace front wig. First of all I ordered express pay 3 to 5 buisness days and it came in 7, I was so excited to finally get my wig and then took it out of this box and it was thin as can be 🤦‍♀️ the texture felt fried not soft I ran my fingers through it and received 8 strains of hair with on stroke smh as if it's not thin enough. For $665 I expect some sort of extra item I didnt even get a wig cap from them smh...I have been experimenting with different wig companies and I thought for sure this would be a come up smh boy was I wrong...please read reviews before purchasing any wigs from this site

all of my bundles were cut so I didn’t receive what I paid for! you can tell where the bundles were cut and I feel like I was ripped off. Never ordering hair from them again. Also sheds a lot

Ok i will start by saying my daughter referred me to this company. She had a good experience with the loos deep curl, so I thought why not. This was about 4 years ago. I ordered the curly because I like big hair. Bad decision, that hair matted like nobody's business not matter what I did. I threw it away, $300 down the drain. Fast forward to 2020, my daughters hair is still in good shape, wave in tact. No issues with tangling dryness at all. I mean its thinning due to all that she has done, color etc. over time, but still wearable. Meanwhile I have spent thousands on hair companies and received horrible to mediocre bundles, wigs etc. I was at my wits end, I decided nothing to lose, try Kendra again. In February, I purchased loose wave three bundle deal, 18, 20, 22 $260. (reasonable). fingers crossed right! I have since made a u-part wig. Its been two weeks now, Pro's Why cant customers write this review on her website, shows no confidence in product! soft texture minimal smell the color matches mine perfect. (Natural) bundles are pretty even from base to end with some short hairs. wave stayed in tack after washing minimal tangle Cons sheds (could be from cutting wefts, but the hairs are short and appear to be breakage at the ends) I will monitor to see if it decreases over time. Shipping could be better, I think 4-5 business days should be max for the cost of this product. It took 4 days to print the label and 2 days to ship, not acceptable in my opinion. Overall, the quality is worth 4 stars. The shedding is annoying because I am constantly having to sweep floor. Would I buy again? Ill answer that question after I wear it longer, and do some things, like color, curl, set etc.
