This being my first experience with crating a home bar, I was looking for an affordable co2 keg system. The website offered a variety of options, as well as explained how the system worked. I had a few questions I submitted via email and all were replied within a few minutes, or the next business day. Only complaint was that the 5% discount you get for joining their mailing list negates the ability to select the flat rate $9.99 shipping option. Perhaps for someone who is purchasing a more expensive option can afford the savings.

A fun and friendly company backed up with wide range of stock, well indexed spare parts backed up with photos of even the smallest items ensured I could buy with confidence. Attentive after sale customer service means this team will be first choice for any future purchases.

A great company to work with! My order was delayed a week because they were out of parts, but hey things happen when things are this inexpensive. They kept me informed and did a great job. I will use them again and will tell my beer buddies about Keg Outlet.

I'm new to home brewing/kegging and inherited an old pin lock corny keg and CO2 tank/regulator from an uncle. Keg Outlet had everything I needed to restore my kegging setup and get me off and running at the best prices I could find on the Internet. Within 12 hours, I received an email from the president of Keg Outlet himself notifying the the order was in process. Within 24 hours, I got another email from the presidentt that the order was marked shipped. Prices and shipping are reasonable. Order arrived as expected. What more could you ask for. Will definitely buy from Keg Outlet again.

I purchased a corny keg and within the hour I received e-mail confirmation of the transaction. At the beginning I was a little confused as of how much time it will take for me to receive the package, so I contacted them through their site. Within a couple of hours they replied with a tracking number. The package took 14 days to arrive, but for someone not living within the Continental US is good: 2-4 for them to ship (stated in their e-mail confirmation, plus I made my order late in the week) and 10-12 days for delivery. Not Bad! Also, the package was well packed: I have had bad experience with other companies in the past. This is a real plus when dealing with new companies given that I pay a little extra for returns/exchanges.

I am building a cold room in my garage and needed a new wall mounted drip tray. After a bit of research, I found a good price for the exact item I needed at Keg Outlet so, I placed my order. As others have said, the communication I received to confirm my order was quick, as was the shipping of the item. Overall, an excellent experience. I will order again :)

Just ordered a Sanke Tap with screw on fittings to make it a breeze to switch between my Homebrew Kegs and Commercial Beer. On my initial order I accidently used the wrong credit card, I emailed back and had a response very quickly. The amended this and called me to get the right card #. I have already recommended this site to a coworker who is a homebrewer and will do so in the future. Thanks for your great service! Tom
