Received my packaged opened and labeled by UPS as “ received without content “ . I emailed your company multiple times but no reply . I called the 1-800 number and left a message 2x and no one return the call . It’s so disappointing. I haven’t received any items or any refund .

My purchase experience with KEDMA was excellent, from the time I placed the order until I received it they were super efficient ...they thought of everything most of all the communication I received from them made me feel as if I was standing in a store and making the purchase even though I am in another continent ... Love the hand and foot cream. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive. My family also loves it and I would like to buy more but just can’t afford it.

Last month my father purchased some products from a convention in Orlando. The wonderful renew face cream, milk wash and the wrinkle filler. I had heard and read wonderful reviews about the products and couldn’t wait to use them. You can imagine my surprise when I couldn’t get the product out of the syringe type of container. I was so disappointed. So, I wrote an email to Kedma describing the issue and asked if there was another way to open it. Instead the rep offered to send me a replacement immediately. I can safely say they truly put the customer first in customer service. In the meantime I’ve used the other products and am thoroughly impressed by how soft my face feels. Thank you very much Kedma. I can’t wait for the new product to arrive.
