Delivery charge excessive

I am sorry that I gave this company a second chance. The first order I placed back in October, contained multiple items who's ingredients weren't even close to what was shown on their website. It seems to me they are sometimes selling subpar versions, with cheap, imitations in place of what you think you are paying for. I wrote to them about it, in case it was something they were not aware of and they claimed they were reviewing it but I have yet to hear anything more about it. No real effort to make the situation right. I tried again, since I received some "gift card" discount coupons after making my first purchase and signing up with their loyalty program. I liked the hand cream, which was the only item that had the real ingredients in it from my first order. This is the only reason I am giving 2 instead of 1 star. It's a shame they have such bad customer service and business practices because if you actually get your items and get the real products, they are good. It's just too risky to do business with them. For my second attempt, I only received part of my order. They were and still are right now, selling a product that they claim to me, is not available and won't be any time soon. The "refund" they issued me was giving me back the "loyalty" coupon credits. These are worthless to me, as if I would be foolish enough to ever trust these scam artists again. If you can't handle the math to figure out what I paid for something because of a sale or coupons, you shouldn't be running a store and handling people's money. I would highly caution everyone against trusting this company, unless you like running the risk of receiving dollar store versions of products for the big bucks they charge and unless you like being cheated out of your money with store credit refunds if they decide to sell you products that aren't actually available. Writing to their customer service has proved useless two out of two times, so don't count on them to help right their wrongs.

I love my product, but it came open and spill all over the package. I contacted the company, and no answer to solve the issue.

I am looking forward to using the two products that I purchased today at their store, however I was disappointed to learn that the products were on sale (discounted) on their website. I would have saved a significant amount of money by ordering online, instead of thinking I was getting a "deal" at the store.

We were impressed by the prompt answer to our order and shipment. However on receipt we were very upset to find out that the products were made in February and May 2018 and expire in February and May 2021. We are thus not in a position to offer these luxury products as Christmas gifts to VIPs who expect more.

Los productos son muy buenos, pero debo decir que la estrategia de ventas es sumamente agresiva y tramposa, y luego es difícil escapar. Empezaron en mi caso con una muestra de mascarilla para ojos que actuó "milagrosamente" sobre la piel. Mi cara parecía estirada repentinamente. El precio era exorbitante pero si la compraba me regalaban otros productos y un facial "improvisado" in situ. Terminé comprando por más del doble del precio inicial y a cambio me regalaron otro facial, esta vez sería en su local de un centro comercial. Cometí el error de ir y allí la trampa continuó: ahora con la compra de un dispositivo Opatra con un costo inimaginable de caro, pero que me dejarían a mitad de precio y con otros 12 faciales regalados. Una verdadera "ganga" en meses sin intereses. Otra vez caí y compré y asistí a dos faciales más. En el último otra vez me presionaron para comprar una mascarilla diferente. Por lo tanto advierto para no en sus redes, a pesar de que los productos son muy buenos. Los precios que muestran, a los que "ofrecen hacer descuentos" son falsos. Buscando online el precio del dispositivo Opatra lo encontré por la mitad del que me indicaron ellos. O sea que las ofertas no existen. Sólo son trampas para continuar haciéndote gastar sin límite. Fue una terrible experiencia. Algo que llama la atención es que los vendedores y facialistas son todos hombres.

Wij zijn altijd erg benieuwd naar nieuwe winkels en nieuwe produkten dus toen wij even stonden te kijken werden wij door een jongeman de winkel ingesleurd. Ik was op zoek naar een product voor mijn dochter maar hij richtte zijn wat agressieve verkoopstrategie op mij. Ook bij mij begon hij over mijn geribbelde nagels. Hij liet de vijl ziel, begon bezielend te vijlen tot het zelfs pijnlijk werd wat ik als vreemd ervaarde. Maar t resultaat was glanzende nagels. Toen begon het hele verkoopverhaal over t setje maar ik hield voet bij stuk ik wilde alleen de vijl. Toen ik wederom probeerde t gesprek op mijn dochter te brengen omdat ik daar een creme voor zocht, begon hij wederom zijn pijlen op mij te richten. Voordat ik doorhad wat er gebeurde zat ik op een stoel, mijn bril ging af en er ging een antirimpel creme rondom mijn ogen. Ik wilde dit niet. Maar t was hypoallergeen zei hij. Ik ben erg gevoelig qua huid en onder behandeling bij dermatoloog die zelf een creme samenstelt. De creme trok en tintelde. Volgens hem waren mijn rimpels weg mijn dochter zag echter geen verschil. Toen ik aangaf dat het mij niet interesseerde dat ik rimpels had werd hij boos. Ik kan ervoor zorgen dat je hele gezicht rimpelig wordt als je het zo mooi vindt was zijn commentaar. Wanneer je ongeneeslijk ziek bent geloof mij dan zijn rimpels van ondergeschikt belang en ik kwam voor mijn dochter niet voor mijzelf nogmaals. Ik rekende de vijl af ging naar buiten echter binnen 10 minuten zat mijn hele oog dicht. Opgezwollen alsof ik een klap op mijn oog had gehad en ook mijn nagels waren buigzaam als papier. Door zijn vijlen had hij er niet op gelet dat hij tot de nagelbodem had gevijld. Later op de middag splijtte mijn hele nagel open. De andere twee zijn alleen maar heel dun gelukkig. Dit nooit meer. Als je dingen verkoopt zorg dan ook dat je er verstand van hebt.
