I love InfusionSoft
I love InfusionSoft. It is easier to use than I thought and allows me the ability to do much more than the conventional CRM.

great software for small business. Make sure you have professional set it up. It's definitely not a DIY

Untill now is our overall ecxperience positive. We would wish though some more basic features for landing page editing: like backward timer, change of favicon, page preview in a browser (now one has to publish and republish page just to see how it looks like). That would make work with your system much more comfortable.

Bad Service
Bad Service closing a account and charging a termination fee. all i just want is to close the account because they disable sending to my account twice and i dont like to happen it again if i continue using there service

Hi JM, We do apologize for the poor experience. I have taken a look at your account and it seems you signed a contract with us and if you cancel prior to fulfilling the contract, there is an early-termination fee. The reason your broadcasts were halted is that we were receiving higher spam complaints than what we allow for your emails. This not only impacts Infusionsoft deliverability but our customers as well. We take spam and email compliance very seriously and apologize for any frustration and impact this may have had for your account. Definitely would recommend
Slight hiccup at the start but the customer support is excellent and all issues were resolved really quickly. Software is easy to operate to boot.
