This is the only SaaS service that I've felt the need to review as a developer since i've been working for over 10 years. Your API is a piece of junk, I've integrated other services without any problems and stress, and yet with yours I'm wasting hours upon hours to understand why issues come up. I've integrated Active Campaign, Drip, Klick-Tipp, Intercom & many others in a few hours, and with InfusionSoft / Keap I've wasted days & still doing it. This product is not suitable for any business that needs to interact with their API, too much hassle for an inferior product.

The product was not compatible with a simple algorithm of replying to emails immediately with out purchasing additional software from a 3rd party vendor. This request could have been simply done with an away from office notification instead of costing $1,000/ yr. Insult to injury a $300 cancellation fee. Crap product that can be done through Google for free. Don't waste your time or money. Beware of reviews that could be pumped up by the vendor.

I have been working with InfusionSoft/Keap for many years. It is a cornerstone and bedrock of my work. I don't know how I could work without it. Right now I have been having business challenges as I restructure my offering in the light of market changes. During this period, Keap has been amazingly understanding, supportive, and helpful. Keap is a great product that I have been using for years. I highly recommend it to all business owners looking to automate and streamline their marketing and sales processes.

Great marketing and automation software. In my opinion it's the best on the market. Been using it for 12+ years. I've also used other systems on various client projects, but Keap / Infusionsoft is much superior for the marketing and business growth we do. We've standardized it for all new projects. I'm more than happy to use Keap! Is superior to other platforms I have used. It takes a lot for them to incorporate key feature requests (not even technical). Also, sometimes in business is not that easy to cover the monthly payment (even when I know is a great quality-pricing relation) but apart from that... Been years using it and I'm not planning to move anywhere else but Keep ;)
