I love the hands-on on-boarding! I always knew that whatever question I had, it would be answered & I'd be shown step by step how to fix it every week. Great job!

Great for small business with heavy email marketing. Call tracking and email data is very helpful too!

I have to admit I'm not a techie, but somehow the software is very forgiving and with the very patient help of Judi Miller who walked me through the process. I will always be grateful to Judi and the company in general for giving me the opportunity to become better organized and be a better communicator with potential clients and become more efficient at the same time.

Just like any platform there is a learning curve. It just seems that when I joined Keap there were a lot of changes and updates being made and I feel slightly in limbo. My service design consultant, Jennifer White, is AMAZING!! I literally would be lost without her support. I understand things may be difficult during this time so I can understand if things are in flux. The technical difficulties are really starting to take a toll on my productivity: can't connect stripe, landing page having formatting bugs, tags not applying to forms. Jennifer has been forwarding the issues I've been having after reaching several walls in some of our strategies. I've still haven't heard back. The only reason why I'm not giving a 4 or 5 stars because this was to make me more efficient but I feel like I'm working twice as hard just trying to work through the kinks. I'm sure after some more time I will see the benefits of the system and get to the efficiency I'm striving for.

It seems like it has a lot of potential but I am a solopreneur so there is a lot to learn to get going and remember to stay active and use to its full ability

Infusionsoft is an amazing program. It is important to understand that one must put in a lot of time to learn the in's and out's of this program, to really appreciate its' power. There is one thing you should know and that is if you are willing to put in the time to learn how to apply this platform, the community of support is like no other. Phenomenal Support All Around For Sure!!
