Keap has thought things through exceptionally well from "the newby's" point of view such that they are taking care of you before you even start. I say this because they introduce themselves right away, set me up with a getting started private tutoring session! Imagine! With a live person -> one-on-one appointment on Zoom. They are ready to teach you and to help you set up - but that's not all! There are getting started tutorials(videos) which you can take at your leisure PLUS HELPFUL STAFF anytime you need them. They get it! We are new and have a learning curve ahead of us and they are there step by step for us. I was really impressed to see how they thought things through to make it a smooth learning curve at that. I am really impressed with the full gammet of capabilities to help stream line my business so that I may better serve my clientelle. My telephone support person was able to identify answers to my questions is such an informative and helpful way. And because it is all new to me, it was a breath of fresh air to have him speaking to me with grace, patience and in an informative way - in a teaching/educational way that instilled confidence in me. He articulated exceptionally well plus spoke clearly and not too fast - this helped me to process information while I took notes (I combine auditory and visual to help retain info) ...which brings me to the fact that their helps for us are all in place for every style of learner! With videos, plus an actual live personal getting started assistant!! and then the phone in supports: Keap is setting us up for success LONG TERM! They are "Keapers!" pun intended. I love that I will be able to email, text, be able to upload videos on landing pages, have a business number, and have a page for each contact where all emails will be in one spot so that I can see at a glance what I sent to them = what stage they are at in the buying process and then post-buying sessions etc. i am excited! Just having all their helps in place, I am not intimidated by the learning curve because I know they are there to help me along the way! Yay me! I will be able to get my job done easier - save so much time!! In a personalized manner for each client with preprogrammed follow ups that will be sequenced with comprehensive accuracy. I like it! I am so looking forward to creating an organized, systematic format for my sales and follow up process! And, because there are unlimited landing pages and unlimited campaigns, I can customize for each client if I want or need to do so. And, my sales product requires training with customized content so I can even set up their training in a video ahead of time and have it sheduled to go out as they require it then, they can have the luxury of watching it as many times as they want - when they want. This is beyond perfect! This is essential! Yay! I am very excited about all the things I can do to stream line my work - organize it and systematize it is a way that leaves me feeling satisfied that I am looking after my clients properly. I know not everyone will have the same reasons for using Keap but I can see me having multiple accounts - for this, then another for a video series I plan to do and another for a course I want to set up (one email per account you see) It's all so customizable! I called Keap to modify my account and they promptly and efficiently took care of the issue. I always get great support from Keap representatives.

I have been having issues logging into Infusionsoft the past 2 days. The page says “ We were unable to connect your Infusionsoft ID to your account. Please contact support at 1-866-800-0004.” Every time I attempt to login. So I called in multiple times and completed the same steps: reset password twice, cleared my cookies, tried to login in through incognito mode, i reset my computer twice and then i was sent a new user link which was the only temporary fix. however after waiting 1 hour for a solution, the email took 15min to get to me. My company IT team permanently had the issue resolved - 1800 packrat!

Live customer service, what relief. I have been a subscriber for over two years now and one of the main things I like about it is the availability of help. Calling customer support and getting a person is worth the price of the service. There is a steep learning curve and they really try to onboard you in a helpful way but if you don't use it for a while, it's easy to forget some specifics and knowing I can call and get help makes the service a stand out for me.

I have always found the tech support @infusionsoft to be outstanding. They really care, and stay until the issue is resolved.

Keap has helped me to grow my business in ways I could not have imagined. Being a solopreneur it has given me ways to automate my sales and marketing that have made me feel like I have other employees helping me out. I honestly can't imagine running my business without it.

I am new to Keap and trying to get everything set up properly so I have made several calls to customer support over the last two weeks and each time the person has been professional, kind and so helpful! I am loving Keap and everything about it!
