I love having Infusionsoft/Keap track where my customers and potential clients are in the process. It nurtures them, makes the sale, and collects money.

When I was introduced to Keap by a client, I thought, "Here we go with another CRM full of fluff." To my surprise it was an amazing experience. The software makes sense as you drag and drop activities to put together campaigns that resemble your business' sales and marketing. In addition, the support you get is prompt, intelligent, and courteous. I have never waited on hold. Every representative is knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. Most calls are 15 minutes or less because the software is user-friendly and I usually have it done correctly. So easy you think you've done it wrong! I love Keap and so do my clients.

I had to call in to get help getting access to my boss's new Keap account. I appreciate that the customer support rep verified my identity and then granted me access to the account so we could get it set up. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Customer service and tech support are quick to get your problem solved, very nice and really want to help you. I was not expecting a call from the support department to follow up with on my tech issue. Wow!! Great Service!!

Keap is the best marketing software for small businesses who don’t have money to waist. Their pricing is fair, the software integrates with almost all the third parties you’ll ever need and their technical support is always eager to help.

Great system, but a bit complicated to learn.

It's the best all-round CRM, eCommerce and Marketing application on the market! Having been a user since 2010, I've watched it constantly improve its offer to small businesses. You save so much time and money using it, as you don't have to loads of other applications to manage the business. You can do it all from Infusionsoft.
