Great chair. Top quality. Strong. Light. Compact.

I was told delivery would be in 2-3 weeks because there was a back log of orders. After 1 month, I tried emailing & calling re the status. There was no response to either for 6 months! The phone calls went to voice mail with no response to voice messages. My brother finallylocated their office online & threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau & that were starting legal action. they asked that we not proceed with any action and I finally received the wheelchair 2 weeks later

This is got to be the best purchase I ever made for my husband who is disabled. Customer service was great but I did have to call many many times because of delayed delivery. I just took the chair on a 10-day cruise and it worked out fabulously best purchase I've ever made.

potable folds up easily. not really heavy like my other 600lb chair. I have recommended it to several folks and a medical professional that passed theinfo on to their patients.

Noisy in the house.

I thought this was going be a light chair and easy to fold for my husband to put in and out of the car for me, it’s not! The back of the chair is too low, so it’s uncomfortable for long periods of time. It shows that the chair can be used outside, it can tip on uneven surfaces, and the instructions you receive with the chair say for indoor use. I would not recommend especially for the price.

Great chair, great sales staff, great company.

Your machine is great, except it looses speed and new batteries does not help. The top speed I get is about one half of what it was new. Not acceptable ! In fact it is so slow that I feel that I need to buy a new machine!
