I recently purchased a Barclay Nyla bathtub that was low in stock and required a call to customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Benjie Beltran, and my experience was seamless from start to finish. Benjie was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He went above and beyond to ensure my order could be fulfilled as quickly as possible and that I was completely comfortable with the color I selected. He personally made multiple calls to the manufacturer to confirm inventory and even worked to secure a color chip so I could continue planning my bathroom renovation with confidence. Throughout the process, Benjie called me back several times with updates and was a pleasure to speak with every time.
