From ordering to shipping the experience was flawless. The item arrived in perfect condition. And the price here was WAY below everywhere else! I didn't have to speak to customer service but overall I'd highly recommend them over some of the popular home sites! The chandelier is unique and fits perfectly within my office. Adds a splash of fun!

Got an incredible deal on a Toto Washlet and toilet. Fast shipping. Good customer service.

The communication and follow up with KBA is great. Sometimes it challenging shopping for products online when there’s technical dimensions and components. They’re always willing to help by email and phone.

Communication of the order desk staffing was prompt and effective

This is the only website that offers this product at a reasonable price.

Awful experience returning an unused product. The process once they received the return took over a month and my reimbursement was for 20% less than the order cost. My recommendation is NEVER purchase from Kitchen & Bath Authority.
