Customer service is top-notch, my package got stolen after it was delivered, I reach out, they did not take time to reach back. It made me love the Kayali brand even more, I cannot wait to try the “ Freedom Musk” and wear it on my graduation next Friday. P.s. Let's see if I'm going to love it more than Yum Boujee Marshmallow 🤭

Can't fault the first class service I received from the team at KAYALI when there was an issue with my delivery. They were so helpful and quickly resolved the issue, keeping me updated throughout! Their fragrances are also amazing and smell beautiful, plus they last all day on my skin and make me smell amazing! Beautiful fragrances from a company that really does care about it's customers! Thank you 💖

I received my order but now need to return it as it was a gift and is no longer needed. I’m quite disappointed with the experience so far. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service for a week with no response, despite completing the contact form and sending multiple emails. I didn’t expect this level of communication which makes the situation even more frustrating. I’d really appreciate someone getting back to me so I can arrange the return as soon as possible.

I got White flower for my mum, came and expected everything to be good the packaging was great and everything fragrance smelt incredible but longevity wasn’t the best so I contacted customer support to see if it was a batch issue or something they got back to me and offered to send me another at no extra cost and noting in return they paid for Everything very nice customer service
