Told them I only got the perfume I order a whole kit with a pink bag and now it’s no longer available
Response from KAYALIOct 21, 2026
Hello Melissa, Thank you for the KAYALI love, and we’re truly sorry for the disappointment when your order arrived without the pink bag. As mentioned in the offer, the pink bag was available while stocks last, and unfortunately it was temporarily out of stock at the time your order was shipped. The good news is that once it was back in stock, our team sent one out to you, so it should be on its way to complete your kit. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. With love, KAYALI Customer Care Team
