I bought their 13mm divine wings belt in black, and although they did forget to ship the lever with it, the way they handled it was amazing, great customer service, the quality is insane and I will definitely be purchasing more from Katamu.

Good quality belt. Good customer service. One of the metal prongs on the belt latch was faulty, but they quickly replaced it with one that was strong.

Bought items for my sons birthday. One item was out of stock, worked with me to get everything else that was ordered in timely matter. Son loved everything. Great looking and quality products.

Katamu customer service is outstanding. My replacement lever buckle was lost in delivery, so I reached out to their team and got a new one in the mail within a week. Back to BIG LIFTS!
