Horrible shopping experience three weeks waiting for delivery, customer service does not respond very bad experience I do not recommend it!!

I went to order a belt my husband said he wanted and it was a different price than he was seeing-same link. This is price deception. I contacted customer service they said it was a bug and thanked me. It’s still showing the wrong price.

I havent gotten my order and on the webside it just says order didnt succeed. Havent gotten a replie from the shop. I dont recomend.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I ordered a belt set for my son for Christmas on November 28,2025 and still has not shipped. Very disappointed in this company.

I was so excited to buy a lifting belt from Katamu. My partner had bought one and loved it, so I decided to buy one for myself. It was great quality, but the size I bought was too big, and I needed to buy a smaller size. I thought that process was going to be easier. I have tried to contact Katamu five different times to get a return started for my order, and I have had no responses. I got my order about a week ago and haven't had any luck in the last week about returning my item. Now the style of belt that I was going to re-purchase is sold out. I'm so frustrated because the belt itself was great, but just too big.

Filthy scammed again!

It never arrived in the mail. And I paid way too much for this to not show up.

I ordered an item 11/30, on 12/2 a address label was created, but never sent. Since they don't publish a phone number, I contact by email on website where is item, multiple times? Today is 12/11 and their auto response gives me same answer each time, saying its in transit to you been shipped, see tracking, tracking shows USPS NEVER RECEVIED ITEM!! I will not buy from them again.
