Website was misleading with shipping time and charges. Customer service said nothing could be done because they already shipped it ground even after Express shipping was paid for in hopes of getting it before Christmas. I still have not received it (2 orders) . They only offered to refund the extra shipping charges if I returned everything still in the box. Horrible experience.

The belt quality is solid but Katamu has the worst customer service. After receiving the wrong size belt, I returned the product (on my dime) in brand new, unused condition to exchange for a different size. That was a month ago and I haven’t received the new belt. Since this joke of a company doesn’t have a phone number to contact, you must attempt communication via email only. Responses take days, weeks or in my case stop coming altogether. All I want at this point is my credit card refunded so I can buy a belt from a reputable company that actually cares about its customers enough to respond. Being a quality company means more than just providing a decent product. Buyer beware of this second rate business that is bound for failure.

Belt sizing is awkward. I should be a XL size no but I am a size L but because of the belt markings I didn’t know
