Even after we left, still having so many issues....
1 year after we "closed our account" with them they are still trying to charge us. After months of trying to get this resolved they tell us that we didn't close part of the account down, but we were never told that part of it would need to be actioned by us. We were simply told "Thanks, we have closed your accounts and services with us".... I have been asked to prove that we asked them to close our accounts (by the person that "closed" them last year) and been made to jump through hoops with support only to be told by support that our account manager will need to finish this for us... They were bad when we were with them and some how they are worse since we left. AVOID THEM.
