Kaif is an exceptional account manager for Kaseya. He consistently keeps our business updated on the latest news and product releases, which is critical for our strategic planning. Every service and solution we utilise from Kaseya has been outstanding and perfectly aligned with our business needs.

This review is based on our limited but long-term relationship. Kaseya was on a fairly aggressive acquisition drive a few years ago and the integration of other businesses and products didn't go well for a while. We suffered a little as a result but the resolution was good and things are working as they should now. The staff are very helpful and hard working. The support has room for improvement but is better than most by a good margin. The products that we use work very well, and we envisage remaining with them for the foreseeable future. They have a good policy of ongoing improvement and listen to feedback well. In summary, I'd recommend them.

I've used Kaseya and Datto many time over the years and have just onboarded a new business, Arc IT Business Solutions. The process has been very smooth and the support excellent. Looking forward to growing together in the years ahead.

The relationship we now have with Kaseya is great. As a business we feel "looked after" by our appointed account manager, they regularly touch base to see how we are getting on, they focus on our business issues /opportunities and look for innovative ways to elevate our processes, people and system set up. The flex spend contracts that Kaseya provide are the best contract format I have seen, tie into an annual value and utilise Kaseya's vast suite of products based on what the business requires at any given time. When there is an issue, big or small, their live chat service get back to you within 5 minutes, with an actual human on the other end, not an AI pushing knowledge base articles, fast resolutions, great customer service. The only negative is the flexibility of the actual product that we purchase from them, you have to work a certain way to fully utilise the capabilities of the system. The CRM and Project side of AutoTask PSA is limited, but would suffice for small/medium businesses with straight forward projects. The Ticketing and integration with other Kaseya products is great. If you are willing to put the time into the configuration of the system and the adjustment of your business processes, the team at Kaseya will look after you. A great team, providing a great service.

My initial experience with Kaseya was, frankly, terrible, and that is probably an understatement. At the start, I felt contracts were designed to catch you out, promises were made around products that simply didn’t work as expected, and I honestly reached a point where I felt Kaseya could have seriously damaged, if not nearly closed, my business due to products being shut off during a genuine billing query. However, what a difference since then. I have to give a huge shoutout to Jonny McKeon, who originally stuck his neck out and saved the relationship. From that point onwards, the experience has genuinely transformed. Kaseya now feels like a very engaged organisation that listens, supports its partners, and wants them to succeed. It is a partnership filled with great people who go out of their way to give MSPs the tools, guidance, and support needed to excel. My Account Manager, Emily Carpenter, has been superb and is always there when I need support. The MSP Success team has also been outstanding, Greg Jones and Olly Mackley deserve a special mention. Olly originally twisted my arm to try MSP Success, and I am glad he did. On multiple occasions, he has jumped on calls to talk through situations and share first-hand experience from running his own MSP, which has been genuinely valuable. Greg is just a huge enabler, goes out of his way to keep MSP's driving forward. The MDF funds have also been a brilliant bonus, supporting us with campaigns and helping us drive growth. Are all the products perfect? No, but no ecosystem is. What matters to me is that I now have a connected platform that is developing, backed by a partner that listens, engages, and enables us to move forward. Kaseya has gone from being one of my biggest frustrations to becoming a partner I genuinely value.
