Always have something whether it's slippers or a sweater

In the past ive always shopped karmaloop and honestly I love there clothes and website. But this past experience I had was the worst ever and I will not be shopping Karmaloop anymore. I ordered 4 shirts at 1 time. I received 1 of 4 and after calling customer service 4 times being passed around, one time my ticket wasn't even created for the call. Long story short it took over a month and a half to get $59 and it was just bs in my eyes and its like they didn't care about satisfying the customer on this one.

I have been shopping here since 2011 and I've never had any cause not to. Shipping is fast and most products can be returned and refunded. This website is my go to for anything

I don't see why karma loop is charging more money for an item on their site when it's cheaper on the brands website I feel that's kind of a rip off. Accurate images of clothing. Organizing the filter of products a little better would help

I love shopping Karmaloop. They always have the newest fashions and carry the best brands. They're site and mobile site are easy to navigate. One of the better places to shop for men's and women's clothing. However, they do not have as many sales as other competitors. Or if they have a sale it's very limited to a certain selection. For example I received a notification 40% off sitewide. But when I went to check out I was informed 40% off was limited to the items in the showcase. To me sitewide means the whole site not a few hats and hoodies

I think y'all are the worst company. My first time ever shopping with you all turned out to be the worst decision I have made.
